The Springfield Regional Medical Center staff signs the new hospital's "Topping Out" beam at the Springfield Regional Medical Center Friday, Nov. 20, 2009. The beam is being located throughout Springfield and community members are invited to sign the beam before its placed in the new hospital during a "Topping Out" ceremony on Dec. 16.
